Scope of Work:
Modular Kitchen : It features marine plywood cabinets with a laminate/acrylic finish, a quartz or granite countertop, soft-close drawers with Hettich/Blum fittings, and space for built-in appliances like a hob, chimney, oven, and dishwasher.
Bathrooms (As per builder layout, no modifications) : It will include a shower with a toughened glass partition, a wall-mounted WC with a concealed cistern, quartz or ceramic vanity countertops with storage, waterproofing, and premium sanitaryware from Jaquar, Kohler, or Grohe.
Living & Dining Area : It will feature a false ceiling with LED cove lighting, a TV unit with storage and display shelves, and an accent wall with texture paint or veneer panels.
Bedrooms : It will feature customized wardrobes with sliding or openable doors, a dedicated study / office space in one bedroom, and an upholstered bed back panel in the master bedroom.
